About Us
Where Fashion Meets Mental Health Awareness
Pathology is a progressive clothing brand built on a simple idea:
what you wear can start conversations that matter.
We combine psychological imagery, lyrical expression, and thought-provoking design to challenge perceptions, spark dialogue, and bring mental health into the open. Every piece we create carries a message — a reminder that your story, your emotions, and your journey are worth talking about.
Our Mission
To Remove the Stigma Attached to Mental Illness
Mental health affects us all, yet stigma still keeps many people silent. Pathology exists to break that silence.
Through bold, purpose-driven apparel, we aim to:
- Encourage honest conversations
- Promote mental wellness
- Normalize seeking help
- Inspire empathy, awareness, and understanding
Because mental health should never be hidden, minimized, or judged.
Fashion With Purpose
We believe clothing can do more than look good — it can create change.
That’s why we give 5% of all proceeds to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), supporting education, advocacy, and resources for individuals and families affected by mental health conditions.
Every purchase becomes part of a bigger mission.
Made Responsibly
Pathology is committed to creating apparel that reflects our values:
- Eco-friendly materials
- Ethically sourced
- Locally made in Los Angeles and Orange County, California
- Meaning-driven designs with intention behind every graphic and lyric
We create consciously so you can wear confidently.
For the Culture. For the Conversation.
Our community ranges from teens to young adults, artists to activists, students to creators — anyone who believes in expressing themselves and supporting mental wellness.
Whether you’re drawn to bold visuals, meaningful lyrics, or the cause behind them, Pathology is more than a brand.
It’s a movement — and you’re part of it.
A percentage of each sale benefits NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness).

Dial 988 or 1-800-273-8255 for the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. 988 has been designated as the new three-digit dialing code that will route callers to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (now known as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
