We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to initiate a return. Items must be shipped back and postmarked within this 14-day window.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in their original condition.

Original State: Items must be free of damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear (e.g., deodorant marks, pet hair, perfume).

Original Packaging: Items must be returned with all original tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above conditions. If a return is rejected, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs to have the item sent back to them.

No Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or fit, you must return the original item for a full refund (minus shipping costs) and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest process for getting your new shirt to you.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We do not provide pre-paid return labels. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice to send the item back to our facility. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start your return, please email us at Info@pathologybrand.com  with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  1. Ship It Back: Once authorized, securely package your item(s) and ship them to the address provided in our email correspondence.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 ,10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
